Sea Wolfs' WOLF DEN
Hi. You might know me as Sea Wolf from online. My real name is Terry and I am truly a female 100%. I had no choice in the spelling of my name. It came that way on the papers. I live in Massachusetts on Cape Cod right near the ocean. I love wolves and dragons. I also own a wolf-hybrid named Dakota and he has a friend named Spook. I also rehab orphaned baby wild animals and birds in the spring. I have a degree in Marine Biology and have worked as a seal and dolphin trainer at a local aquarium. I also have worked as an animal handler for many types of exotics. I have a collection of animals of my own and the sign on the door that says WELCOME TO THE ZOO is not in jest. I often take these animals into schools for children to see up close and interact with. They have ranged from cockatoos and parrots, all kinds of reptiles, ferrets, hedgehogs and all other types of wildlings. I also have a large collection of animal skulls, claws, skins and other artifacts that also visit schools. Children rarely get to touch and examine displays in museums, only getting to peer at the items through glass. I bring the collection to the children and they get to examine the items up close, investigate, compare and ask questions. They try their hand at identification, with clues, and matching predators to their prey. They learn about the different animals, how they interact and survive and get to see the differences between related species. It's a great experience for them and the learning is fun. I collect wolf and dragon items, naturally. I also like to draw and soon might have some of my own pieces here. I am a rabid animation fan and have every animated movie I could lay my hands on that was quality work. Science fiction, horror, adventure, fantasy and wildlife films all interest me. I go fishing in Cape Cod Bay frequently for striped bass and whatever else jumps in the boat. Shellfish are abundant and for free, if you know where to look and dig. The scenery is beautiful and so are the beaches. Though most of us who live and work here don't get much of a chance to use them. The parking lots for them are either filled up quickly or by the time we get out of work, closed. I have an odd job now, I drive a large bus for public transportation. Not something that I ever would have thought I would be doing nor is it even remotely related to my education. But the pay is good and it allows me to indulge in my hobbies. I have four Alaskan Huskies now. They are a great amount of fun to have and take a lot of time. I have harnesses for them and have them just pull things for fun. I don't think they would understand doing it for work, they're too spoiled.
